Cancellation Policy
So that I can respect everyone's time I ask that you please show up for your appointment on time. All first-time guest will need to arrive 10minutes before your service begin so you can fill out information. You have a 9 minute grace period and after that you will need to reschedule. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. A no-show will resort in you needing to place a card on file and make a deposit before you can get your service done or become a Walk-in client only. If an emergency has occurred we can reschedule your appointments with a low penalty.
